Accessing Knowledge Base

Hey there! 

We would like to congratulate you for being part of LetX Family and heartily welcome you all to our new Help Centre of Letx.

As we are always working towards providing better customer service, we thought rather than having a different help portal for each product, why not create a Help Portal where you can find help articles of all our products.

So we worked on creating a new Help Portal from where you can find the help to get started with our products.

You may check these few points to help you with the new knowledgebase,

1. Upon being directed to the Help Portal, you will have a choice of either choosing a Knowledge Base to help you in setting up the product or you could choose to submit a ticket to our support team which will further connect with you over a ticket 




2. Click on the Knowledgebase to access our LetX Knowledge Base of all products.




As you can see here, we have created different sections for each product covering the whole KB of the particular product.




3. Upon clicking the section of the product you will be further directed to a window where you will see different subsections, each subsection covering a whole topic.




4. You can then further click on the subsection according to your query or issue and find the related articles to help you.
