How to create Personalized Autoplay Video Element for Messenger?

To be able to create a Personalised Autoplay Video Element  for Messenger, follow the simple steps listed below:


Step 1: In your LetMailbox dashboard, go to Create New Element >> Personalised Autoplay Video (under Messenger Widgets).





Step 2: Enter your ‘Name’ and select ‘Category’.





Note: In case you have not added any category, you can simply add it while creating the element and that element would be created under that respective category.


Step 3: Now, choose Video - you can simply upload or even choose from your library.  





You can also import the video from Youtube by simply entering the URL. You can also clip the video as per your wish as to which 10 seconds would you like to show from the video.


Step 4: Enable Personalised text by entering switching the toggle and fill in the required fields. Also select the position.





Step 5: Enable Play button and select the position.





Step 6: Enable Mute button by simply switching the toggle and then, enter the redirect URL where your subscriber will be taken to after he/she clicks on the video.





Step 7: Click on ‘Save’. After clicking on save, copy the link which you want to paste in your messenger bot.
