How to set up an SMTP account with Gmail - Step by Step Tutorial

To be able to set up an SMTP account with Gmail, please follow the steps listed below : 


Step 1: Go to your Gmail account and switch on your ‘Less secure app access’ with the help of the link here.  




Step 2: After you have switched on the above settings in your Gmail account, login into your Geminii app by entering your credentials. 





Step 3: In your Geminii app account, go to 'Autoresponder App' >> Your SMTP >> Add the following details: 


- SMTP Name (This can be anything of your choice)

- SMTP Host - smtp.gmail.com

- SMTP Port - 25

- SMTP Username (Your Gmail username)

- SMTP Password  (Your Gmail password)

- From Name (This is the name from which the campaign would be sent and would have details of your Gmail account)

- From E-mail (This is the email  from which the campaign would be sent and would have details of your Gmail account)

- Reply-to E-mail (This is the email on which you would receive the replies from your audience)





Step 4: After you have entered all the SMTP details, click on 'Add SMTP' to simply save your SMTP.
