All you need to do is simply log into your LetConvert dashboard >> Create New Campaign >> 3 simple steps.
Now, to be able to create Recent Activity Alert, follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Create Campaign

C. Configure the Capture Settings.
Select the Record Source or enter a URL if you wish to capture events from separate URL after switching the toggle on.
Note: To be able to understand the Record Source in a detailed manner, refer to the guide here.
Step2: Choose Alerts
Now, click on Recent Activity Alert, a new form will open up.
You need to configure 3 sections under this Alert form:
A. Customise Alert
1. Enter the Alert Title & Add Personalisation. Follow the same procedure for the Alert Message- enter Alert Message & Add Personalisation.
2. Select the Alert Template. There are 3 types of templates available.
Note: You can see a live preview of the alert on your bottom left corner.
3. Now configure what happens when the visitor clicks on the alert.
Note: We recommend not changing the default values for optimal results.
1. You can display maps instead of the custom image by switching the toggle on or you can even choose a custom image/gif. Simply upload or choose from the library.
2. If you do not want to show your visitors their own conversion alerts then, you can switch this toggle on (which is on by default).
For instance, if Jimmy visited your website and purchased a product and you do not want to show Jimmy her own conversion alert- in that case you switch this toggle on.
Note: We recommend not changing the default design for optimal results.
1. You can change the Title Color, Message Color & Alert Background Color by simply clicking on the color at their right hand side. You can also see the live preview of the alert at the left hand side of the dashboard.
Note: You can also save the campaign as draft and can continue later.
Step 3: Configure the Settings
A. Choose the Alert Position & Alert Repeat Control.
You can choose the alert position- there are 4 position options and you can also configure the alert repeat conditions- there are 2 conditions, whether you want to show them again on refresh or after X hours/days/weeks.
B. Customise Alert Frequency
You can enable the delay before the display of first alert, the display duration of each alert & the spacing between 2 alerts.
C. Mobile Settings
You can hide alerts on Mobile by simply switching the toggle off (set by default).
Step 4: Save the Settings
Once you are done with all the above steps, don’t forget to save the campaign by clicking on ‘Save Settings’.
