My campaign is not showing even after taking all the necessary steps, what am I doing wrong?

To be able to show your campaign on the website, you need to take the below-mentioned points into consideration.

1. Check whether the script is installed on your website or not. You can refer to the guide here.

2. Add the website name in the Account Domains which is under Settings >> Domain Profile. Make sure you do not enter ‘’http, ‘https’, or ‘www’ in the prefix of the name which you enter.

3. Check your Display Conditions (Include) which is under the Trigger tab of the Campaign. You can refer to our guide here on Understanding URL Targeting.  Make sure you do not enter ‘http, ‘https’, or ‘www’ in the prefix of the URL which you enter.
