If you are having any technical issues with any of our apps, or you wish to inquire about any app or you have any query that you might want to ask us, you can feel free to reach us by submitting a ticket by going to Tickets on the home page of the Help Portal.
You can choose to sign up as a member to submit a ticket or directly submit a ticket.
1. Signing Up as a member
To Sign up as a member, follow these steps below,
Step: 1 You can either Sign in if you are already a member or choose to sign up as a member using your registered email address with our app. Click on the Signup button and you will be redirected to the signup page,
Step: 2 After you sign up, an email will be sent to your registered email. You will need to open your registered email and accept the invite. After you accept the invite, you will be redirected to a page to set up your password.
Step: 4 Setup up your password.
Step: 5 Click on “My Area” and then click on “Add Ticket” to create a new ticket.
Step: 6 You will need to fill in the following ticket information to submit a ticket,
C. Product Name
After you have filled in the following details, just click submit and a ticket will be created
2. Submit a Ticket directly
To directly submit a ticket, you will need to follow the following steps,
Step: 1 Click on the ticket on the home page of the customer support panel.
Step: 2 Scroll down and click on the “submit a ticket”
Step: 3 You will need to fill in the following ticket information to submit a ticket,
A. Contact Name
E. Product Name
