Troubleshooting : My campaign is not showing even after taking all the necessary steps, what am I doing wrong?

To be able to show your campaign on the website, you need to take the below mentioned points into        
consideration.

1.  Check whether the LetConvert script is installed on your website or not. To be able to do so, go to

Settings >> Verify Pixel.

2. Add the website name in the Domain Name  which is under Settings >> Account Settings. Make

sure
you do not enter ‘’http, ‘https’, or ‘www’ in the prefix of the name which you enter.

3. Check your Display URL Settings. You can refer to our guide here on Advanced URL Targeting.  Make sure

you
do not enter ’http',
‘https’, or ‘www’ in the prefix of the URL which you enter.

Note: If you have created Recent Activity Alert then, make sure that you have an input field along with some activity on your record page because our system captures the emails from there and thus shows as an alert on your display page.
