Understanding Follow Up Widgets



Even when a visitor has closed the Slot Campaign without spinning it, you can still follow up with the visitor and make him spin the wheel with the help of “Follow-up Widget”.

Please refer to the screenshot below to see how a Follow Up Widget looks like.




You can enable the Follow-up Widget under Additional Settings while creating or editing the campaign.


To configure “Follow Up Widget”, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: While creating or editing a campaign,  go to the “Additional Settings” tab and slide the toggle by the name - “Show Enticing Follow Up Widget on Direct Close/No Thanks” on the right-hand side.





STEP 2: In the ‘Widget Type’ category, you have the option to choose from 3 types of Follow Up Widgets :


  • Ribbon

  • Chicklet

  • Hello Bar





A. In case, you’ve selected “Ribbon” as the Widget Type, please follow the steps below :  

1. Text - In the Text section, you are required to write the text that you wish to display on the Ribbon.




2. Position - In the Position section, you can specify the position of the Ribbon. For instance “Top Left” or “Bottom Right”.





3. In the sections then after, you can modify the Widget Text ColorWidget Background ColorWidget Font & Widget Text Size.





B. In case, you’ve selected “Chicklet” as the Widget Type, please follow the steps below :

1. Text - In the Text section, you are required to write the text that you wish to display on the Chicklet.




2. Position - In the Position section, you can specify the position of the Chicklet. For instance “Top Left” or “Bottom Right”.





3. In the sections then after, you can modify the Widget Text ColorWidget Background ColorWidget Font & Widget Text Size.




C. In case, you’ve selected “Hello Bar” as the Widget Type, please follow the steps below :

1. Text - In the Text section, you are required to write the text that you wish to display on the Hello Bar.




2. Position - In the Position section, you can specify the position of the Hello Bar.  For instance “Top Left” or “Bottom Right”.





3. CTA Text - In this section, you can write whatever you wish to display as a Call To Action’. For instance “Claim Now”.




4. In the section below, you have the option to modify CTA Text Color, ‘CTA Background ColorCTA Font and CTA Size.





5. In the section below, you even have the option to modify Widget Text ColorWidget Background ColorWidget Font and Widget  Size.




And you’re done!
