Facebook App Creation Guide for LetConvert

Facebook reviews are becoming increasingly important. Everyone no matter what from grade-schoolers to great grandparents uses Facebook. 

And for those who have reviews on Facebook - it's just not enough. Your customers are not reaching to your pages to read reviews - rather they merely scroll your website for a while. 


Your target should be to let those reviews reach your customer. Since they first visit your website so you have to take your reviews there to influence their decision. 


And hence, LetConvert lets you fetch your reviews even from Facebook to make an impact on the minds of your visitors. 


To be able to get going you need to follow the simple steps mentioned below:


Step 1: In your Facebook Developer’s account, go to My Apps >>Create App >> Enter Display and Contact name and then, click on Create App ID. 





Step 2: Now, select Facebook Login and click on Set up. 




Step 3: Click on the web and enter the site URL >> Continue. 






Step 4: Go to Settings >> Enter the following link into “valid Oauth Redirect URIs”:
https://app.letconvert.com/fbreviews/login_callback




Step 5: Now, go to Settings >> Basics >> Privacy Policy URL and enter your Privacy Policy URL there. 




Step 6:  Now,  go to Settings >> Basics and copy the App ID and App Secret and paste it into your LetConvert dashboard by going to Reviews >> Review Sources >>Add Review Source>> Facebook >> Add Your App Id and Secret and Click on Continue





Step 7: Once you Allow on the Facebook App, you will be redirected to your LetConvert dashboard. You will then have to select the Facebook page 




Post this, we will sync reviews from your page on regular intervals.


Step 8: As the last step you need to login into your Facebook account >> Allow the reviews >> Select page from where you want to fetch the reviews. 


Now you will be able to fetch reviews even from Facebook. Isn’t it amazing?
