Set up a Pop up Campaign



To be able to set up a Pop up Campaign, follow the steps listed below:

STEP 1: In your LetSlot.io Dashboard and click on “Create New” and select “Slot Campaign”.





STEP 2: Fill in your “Campaign Name’. 





NOTE: The campaign name is for your internal reference only. It will not reflect anywhere on your website.

STEP 3: Now, you need to select the “Campaign Type”. In order to create Pop up Campaign, select Pop up, click on “Next” & follow the steps below :





Step 3.1: Under the “Customize” tab, there are 12 sections which you can customise as per your needs.


A. Position: Under this section, you can customise whether you wish to show the popup on the left, right or centre of the page.




B. Use Separate Background for Title and Body Section: Under this section, you can choose whether you wish to display a separate background for title and body or not.

If you do not wish to use separate background for title and body section, then simply simply slide the toggle with the name “ Use Separate Background for Title and Body Section” to the left hand side as shown in the screenshot.




Now, choose the Game background Color by clicking on the ‘Select background Color’ brush icon.







Or upload or choose the image for the Game background from the library.





You can even choose an overlay color.





If you wish to display a separate background for title and body, then simply slide the toggle with the name “ Use Separate Background for Title and Body Section” to the right hand side as shown in the screenshot below.





Now, you can choose the title background color by clicking on the ‘Select background Color’ brush icon.




Or you can simply upload or choose the image for the background from library.





Right below is the option for Body Background, you can choose the body background color by clicking on the ‘Select background Color’ brush icon.





Or you can simply upload or choose the image for the body background from library.





You can even choose an overlay color.





C. Title: Under this section, you can write whatever you wish to display on the Slot Campaign. At the same you can also customise the color of the title by clicking on the brush icon.





D. Description: Under this section, you can write whatever you wish to display below the title. At the same you can also customise the color of the description by clicking on the brush icon.





E. Input Field For Form Entry: Under this section, you can customise the input field and data which you want from the user. You can configure this section as per your suitability to ask for emails, phone numbers or any other data point from the visitors.





F. Enable Terms & Policy Acknowledgement Check: If you have a privacy policy and you want the user to acknowledge them, then under this section you can enable Terms & Policy Acknowledgement Check by switching the toggle on.





G. Call To Action Button: Under this section, you can customise whatever you wish to display on the Call To Action button. You can choose the color of the text and background by clicking on the brush icons.





H. Disclaimer: Under this section, you can customise whatever you wish to display as a disclaimer in the Slot Campaign. You can choose the color of the text by clicking on the brush icon.





I. Font Family: Under this section, you can choose the font of the text in the Slot Campaign.





J. Animation: Under this section, you can choose how do want the Slot Campaign to appear. For instance like a Roll In, Swing, Zoom In, etc.





K. Add Snow Effect: Under this section, you can add the snow effect into your Slot Campaign by simply sliding the toggle with the name “Add Snow Effect”  to the right hand side.





L. Enable Spinning Sound: Under this section, you can enable the sound while spinning the Slot Campaign by sliding the toggle with the name “Enable Spinning Sound” to the right hand side.





Don’t forget to click on the Next button.





Step 3.2: Under the “Conversion Elements” tab, there are 3 sections which you can customize as per your needs.






A. No Element: If you do not wish to add any conversion element to your campaign, then simply select this and click on Next.





B. Timer: Under this section, you can customise the timer by adding Countdown Timer Text, Timer Duration & Timer Text Font.





You can write the text for the countdown timer under Countdown Timer Text and can choose the color by clicking on the brush icon.





It is fully customizable you can even insert timer. For instance “Offer Ends In - {{Timer}}” or “Only {{Timer}} Left”. You can insert a timer by clicking on the “Timer” subsection.





You can even format the text as per your wish by clicking on the Bold, Italic, Underline subsection.





You can select the time for the Countdown Timer under Timer Duration. For instance “10 minutes”.





You can select the font for the text of the Countdown Timer under Timer Text Font.





C. Scarcity Bar: Under this section, you can customise the Scarcity Bar by adding Text, Range, Color & Font.





You can enter the text and can even insert a range under Text. For instance “Only {{Range}} Left”.





You can insert a range  by clicking on the “Range” subsection.





You can also format the text as per your wish by clicking on the Bold, Italic, Underline subsection.




You can select the range as per your wish for the Scarcity bar under Range. For instance “30-40” or “60-70”.





You can customise the color of the text and bar under the Text Color & Bar Color.





You can also choose the font of the text under Font.





Don’t forget to click on the Next button.





Step 3.3: Under the “Slots” tab, you need to configure the “Slots” data.


NOTE: Configuring the Slot data will help you define everything, that you wish to offer them as a prize to your website visitors when they play the Slot Machine game.

Below are the sections that you need to fill in order to configure that Slot Machine data properly.




A. Slot - It is the divided panels in a full fortune wheel. There are a total of 5 slots in one machine. However only 3 are visible to the user.

B. Type - Use the "Type" column to decide the type of prize you wish to offer to your visitors . It can be a "Free Product", a "Coupon" or "No Prize". This will not be visible to your visitors.

C. Label - Use the "Label" column to add what you want to show on the slot. It can be any enticing label like: Free Ebook, 25%OFF or No Luck, etc.

You can also use images in place of the labels. In order to do so just simply switch the toggle on and you’ll see the option to either upload the image or choose it from the library.




D. Value - The "Value" column will carry the coupon code in the case of "Coupon" in "Slice Type."  For any other prize, like a “Free Product” or “No Prize” you are required not to fill anything in the ‘Value’.

However, we recommend you to customize the action in the case of “Free Product” by adding the product URL in the Wheel Slice Settings under the ‘Actions’ column.

E. Probability - Use the "Probability" to set the chances for any slice to come up when the visitor plays with the Slot Machine. The sum of all the probabilities need to be 100.
NOTE : You may choose to set the slot probability as “100” in case you’d want to have that slot always show up after the visitor has spun the machine.
Similarly, you may choose to set the slot probability as “0” in case you’d never want to show up that slice after the visitor has spinned the wheel.

F. Action - Under the “Action”,  there is a ‘Setting Icon’. Use the "Settings" icon to set what to show up when the corresponding slot will win. Use the "Copy" icon to copy data from one Slot to any other Slot or all other Slot.

Don’t forget to click on Next button once you’re done.




Step 3.4: Under the “Additional Settings” tab, there are 4 sections which you can customise as per your needs.


A. Win on Multiple Spin(s): If you want the visitor to win on multiple spins, you can simply enable Win on Multiple Spin(s) by switching the toggle on and fill in the details as per your wish. You may want to know more about it, click here.




B. Customize Intermediate Titles: These are pre-filled intermediate titles, however, if you still wish to make some changes to them you can simply enabling the Customize Intermediate Titles by switching the toggle on.




Now, under Customize Intermediate Titles, there are 5 sections:

Rolling Screen Text- Under this, you can write whatever you wish to display when the visitor has spun the Slot Machine and it is rolling. You can even customize the color of the text by clicking on the brush icon.




No Win Text- Under this, you can write whatever you wish to display when the visitor spins, however, doesn’t win. You can even customize the color of the text by clicking on the brush icon.




Spin Again CTA Text- Under this, you can write whatever you wish to display on the CTA button when the visitor spins again.




Social Share Text- Under this, you can write whatever you wish to display when the visitor wants to unlock more spins by Social Sharing. You can even customise the color of the text by clicking on the brush icon.




Post Share Text- Under this, you can write whatever you wish to display when the visitor has shared and unlocked more spins. You can even customise the color of the text by clicking on the brush icon.




C. Show Enticing Follow up Widget on Direct Close/No Thanks: You can choose to add or remove the Follow-up Widget as per your suitability. Learn more about Follow Up Widget, click here.




D. Show Enticing Reminder Hellobar Widget on Win: You can choose to add or remove the Reminder hellobar Widget as per your suitability. Learn more about Reminder Widget, click here.




Don’t forget to click on the Next button.




Step 3.5: Under the “Trigger” tab, there are 6 sections and this is the last tab to be configured for the Popup Campaign.


A. Include: This is where the slot campaign will display. You can choose where you wish to show the campaign. You may want to learn more about URL Targeting, click here.





B. Exclude: This is where the slot campaign will not display. You can choose where you do not wish to show the campaign. You may want to learn more about URL Targeting, click here.




C. Referrer: This condition enables you run different campaigns based on different traffic sources. You may want to learn more about URL Targeting, click here.




D. Desktop Show-up condition: You can configure how do you want to show up the slot campaign on a desktop like exactly after the page loads or after the user have spent some time on the website. To learn more about Show-up Conditions, click here.




E. Mobile Show-up condition: You can configure how do you want to show up the slot campaign on a mobile-like exactly after the page loads or after the user have spent some time on the website. To learn more about Show-up Conditions, click here.




F. Repeat Show-up condition - You can configure the time after which an end visitor will see the same wheel campaign again even when the visitor had played or closed the wheel. In session duration, you can specify the session time after which the wheel campaign will show up again when the same visitor visits the page carrying the same wheel campaign. To learn more about Repeat Show-up Conditions, click here.




Note: The features under this may vary as per your plan.

G. Enable Integrations- Under Enable Integration, you can select the list for each of the connected autoresponders to sync the leads captured through this campaign.
