Understanding Review Module

Whenever we think of buying online we always prefer the product with good reviews.


A good review not only builds credibility but also acts as proof that there has been someone who bought the product and has something to say about it.

Reviews can actually generate great results for your business and can always lead to betterment because people always prefer the product with good reviews.


You can add User Reviews, Review Pools & Review Source in just a few seconds in your LetConvert dashboard.


1:   Add User Reviews


A. In your LetConvert Dashboard, go to Reviews >> User Reviews >> Add New Review.





B. Once you’ll click on  ‘Add New Review’, a new form would open up asking for the following information:

 

a. Reviewer's Name

b. Reviewer's Image

c. User Review

d. Enter Star Rating

e. Choose or Create a Pool





C. After entering the details, click on ‘Save Reviews’.




2:   Add Review Pool

A. In your LetConvert Dashboard, go to Review >> User Reviews >> Add New Review.





B. Once you’ll click on  ‘Add New Review’, a new form would open up asking for the following information:

 

a. Reviewer's Name

b. Reviewer's Image

c. User Review

d. Enter Star Rating

e. Choose or Create a Pool [This is where you’ll create/choose a pool]





Note: In case you haven’t added any pool yet, you can simply add the pool name and the respective review would be added into that pool. This added pool would show as an option when you’ll add another user review later.

C. After entering the details, click on ‘Save Reviews’.

 




3:   Add Review Source

A. In your LetConvert Dashboard, go to Reviews >> Review Sources >> Add Review Source.





B. Once you’ll click on  ‘Add Review Source’, you would be asked to integrate Google reviews, simply click on that and enter the following details.

 

a. Give This Source A Name

b. Enter The Place ID

c. Minimum Rating





C. After entering the details, click on ‘Save & Continue’.
