Understanding Records Module

You can find all your records under one place in LetConvert dashboard.


This guide will give you a quick tour of the Records Tab in the LetConvert dashboard.


To get going, follow the steps listed below:


STEP 1: In your LetConvert dashboard, go to ‘Records’.





STEP 2: You will find all your records captured from all the campaigns here with all the necessary details and actions which include :


Name of the record

Country

Timestamp

Source

Status

Action





STEP 3: You can download the CSV by simply clicking on the ‘Download CSV’ option right below the search bar. You can also search the record by name or a particular email.




STEP 4: You can also delete, enable or disable the records in masses by simply selecting all the required records and then take action whether you want to delete, enable or disable them.
